Sam Gardiner, 24, a former Race Across the World participant, has died following a car crash. Garnier was driving a white Volkswagen in Manchester, England, on May 26, at around 9:50 pm. His car left the road before landing on its side, the police said in a statement.
Sam Granier was the only person in the car and was immediately taken to the hospital. Later, he died of his injuries on Thursday, his family declared.
The police said in a separate statement that his family has been informed after the accident and are being supported by specially trained officers.\

Sam took part in Race Across the World alongside his mother, Jo Gradiner. They joined the show in the first season of the show. Their journey took them into a thrilling landscape in Mexico and Argentina. They have won lots of hearts with their great bond and adventurous spirit.
The grieving parents said that Sam was willing to go wherever the trail might lead, and he touched everyone he met on the road. They further added that Sam found lots of happiness working as a landscape gardener on the West Coast of Scotland.
The parents declared that there will be a private funeral for family and friends in due course. At this terrible time, the family has asked for some privacy, according to a spokesperson for Sam Gardiner Race Across the World.
