Fish Quality

Fish

When you purchase a fish finger or fish fillet, make sure it is a fresh and high-quality ingredient. You should mostly go for Cod, Haddock, and Hake.

This way, it will be easier for you to cook the fish and make your branding for a better taste and texture.

To make the Posh fish finger sandwich, don’t purchase any normal fish you have noticed or find affordable. The quality and the taste of the fish matter a lot in such cases.

Crunchy elements

Now, first, to make the fish fillet or fish fingers crunchy, you should go for some special kind of bread. So, for that, you can go for baked artisanal braids like sourdough, brioche buns, etc.

It will give some extra taste to your finger or fish fillet. Also, after applying an egg to the fish finger, it won’t get soggy.

Also, to make the sandwich crunchy, you can add fresh ingredients like the latest thin slice of cucumber, etc., so the Tartar sauce and these country elements will make the sandwich taste even better.

Flavored Butter

Butter

Another method to make the sandwich tastier is by using flavoured butter. So if you visit any grocery store, you will find garlic or herbs butter. You can purchase those flavoured butter to add some extra flavours to your sandwich.

Not only that, there are many types and flavours of mayonnaise and sauces available, which you can purchase and apply to your sandwich. So, if you like barbecue sauce, then you can add it to your sandwich.

Cheese

Cheese

Many people avoid putting cheese in their sandwiches. But what people don’t understand is that adding cheese balances the taste and makes it even taste you.

So, if you want to make it a bit healthier, then you can minimize the amount of mayonnaise you are using on the sandwich. However, don’t avoid putting some cheese in the posh fish finger sandwiches.

You can choose and purchase your preferred cheese; it can be cheddar cheese, mild blue cheese, or any other.

However, make sure that the cheese doesn’t have a highly prominent taste this way; it will complement the flavour of the fish finger and make it creamy.

Finishing

Now, after making the sandwich, if you want to make it even more tasty and juicy, you can take some steps.

So you can add some extra ingredients if you wish to, like pickled red onions, drizzle some truffle oil, or squeeze a bit of lemon for a tangy taste.

With the help of these minor ingredients, the taste of the food will be drastically improved. And make the Posh fish finger sandwiches more special.
