When I visited The Edinburgh Larder cafe, the smell of exotic coffee instantly lifted my mood. At the cafe, there is are variety of artisan and local coffee available, which gives the coffee lovers a variety of choices.

While waiting for the coffee and food, I like the ambience of the cafe is very cosy and definitely Instagram worthy. However, as it is a small cafe that’s why a group of 2 to 4 people is fine.

At the cafe, my friend and I ordered two cappuccinos and eggs Benedict, which were amazing. Not only that, I asked a few other customers about their experience, and they enjoyed their breakfast at the Edinburgh Larder cafe.

Also, the way the food was presented as well as the staff’s behaviour was very polite.

Even though not many people know about this cafe in Edinburgh but it is one of my favourites. The Books N’ Cup Cafe is a cafe located at the heart of Edinburgh, and it is only a 10-minute walking distance from Edinburgh Castle.

The cafe has a classy set-up with leather chairs wooden table stone wall, and aesthetic lights. So you may think that the cafe might be expensive, but the beverages at the Books N’ Cup Cafe start from only £2.00.

Here you will find different types of coffee, sandwiches, salad, and toasts to enjoy.

The last time I visited, I ordered hot chocolate with a Croissant, which was delicious. Mostly, the locals come to the cafe to enjoy the beverages; however, as a coffee lover, it is a must-visit Cafe in Edinburgh.

Deacon’s House Cafe

Location: 304 Lawnmarket, Edinburgh EH1 2PS, United Kingdom

Next on my list is Decon’s House cafe, it is a beautiful and spacious Cafe that is designed with elegant aesthetics. The cafe is set within a historic stone building with low ceilings, stone walls, and antique wooden furniture.

I visited the cafe with my friend on and weekend, so the cafe was pretty crowded; however, the seating areas were beautifully arranged. That’s why finding a seat wasn’t that difficult.

Now talking about coffee, at the Cafe I ordered a flat white, which was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, and my friend enjoyed her cappuccino as well. So, it’s a must-try place, and don’t forget to try their housemade scones.

Artisan Roast Broughton Street

If you are looking for an affordable yet great coffee stop, then Artisan Roast at Broughton Street is your place.

The rich Aroma of coffee at the cafe assembly amazing. The ambience is made of rustic decor like vintage wooden furniture low low-hanging lights, etc.

At the soft, cosy cafe, I ordered a Flat White and Scrone. I must say the richness, smoothness, and caramel-infused flavour were on point. As well as the Scrone was very delicious.
