The chicken must not be packaged, processed, or transported in contact with haram materials.

Regular chickens are killed by several methods depending upon regional laws and business customs.

There is no need for specific invocation before slaughter, which is mandatory for halal chicken.

In regular chickens, blood drainage depends on degrees and techniques. There are no mandatory methods for regular chickens to drain blood.
