The Yankees benefited from a two-run home run by Giancarlo Stanton., putting them ahead 2-1.

At the end of the tenth, Freeman hit a walk-off grand slam after the Yankees. They intentionally walked Betts to load the bases and steal the game for the Dodgers.

The game ends with a thrilling finish. Manager Dave Roberts said, ” It was a great game before that, but the way it is finished, I couldn’t be more excited for our guys.”

While Yakeens left fielder said, “We played that team well for the whole game.

At the end of the day, we’re two best teams out here, so we’re going to come here with our heads held up high, with confidence, and go out here and complete again.”

The series continues with game 2 on October 26 in Los Angeles. Game 3 and Game 4 will be held on October 28th and 29th, respectively. The best on-seven series will be processed based on the performance.

The game is potentially extended in November if needed.
