London is all about their unique places, culture, and, most importantly, food. No doubt, in London, people are obsessed with delicious food, and the diverse culture and the variety of cuisine are what make London even more special.

In London, wherever you go, you will definitely find stalls, restaurants, food markets, etc., and taking advantage of that, we, as a team of foodies came across many incredible restaurants in Regent Street, which we can’t stop ourselves from exploring.

Even our team went to almost all of the regent street restaurants. After visiting the restaurants, trying their food, understanding the ambiance and staff behavior, we came up with a list of the top 9 Local Restaurants Near Regent Street. So, now it’s time for you to find out the best restaurant option at Regent Street.

Top 9 Must Try Local Restaurants Near Regent Street

Dishoom Carnaby

Address: 22 Kingly St, Carnaby, London W1B 5QP, United Kingdom

London is highly famous for its range of diverse cuisine. While roaming around Regent Street, we spotted a very welcoming and vibrant-looking Indian restaurant, and we had to try it. After entering the restaurant the first thing that grabs our attention is the ambience of the place.

It has a great and huge seating arrangement on the inside. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly, it has clean and well-lit surroundings, and most importantly, the services are pretty fast.

Now, coming to the food, we were pretty shocked after seeing the huge menu for the customers. It has everything: organic dishes, vegetarian options, Halal food, vegan options, and many others.

However there is something that will excite many people is that Dishoom Carnaby also serves alcoholic beverages, with this, Indian food is an interesting combination.

Among the huge range of dishes, we ordered and tried Okra fries, jackfruit biryani, lamb chop, tikka, and lassi. There are many other interesting dishes available at Dishoom Carnaby which the customers can easily try.

The food quality of Dishoom Carnaby is so great that the restaurant’s name was mentioned on the CN traveler website under the ‘The 30 best Indian restaurants in London‘ category.

Shoryu Ramen Regent Street

Address: 9 Regent St., St. James’s, London SW1Y 4LR, United Kingdom

Our second favourite Regent Street restaurant is the Shoryu Ramen Regent Street, a ramen restaurant. For food lovers, finding good quality and authenticity is a very difficult thing.

But after entering the Ramen restaurant, we warmed up to the ambience pretty quickly. The restaurant is pretty special; the ambience is pretty, with wooden chairs, lighting, and wall designs.

At the Shoryu Ramen Regent Street restaurant, the customer can try non-veg dishes, but if anyone is not into non-veg food items, then vegan and vegetarian options are available as well.

But what we like the most is the quality and the flavour of the food. At first, the service was a little slow, but it was understandable.

Then, as we tried the Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu we were just stunned by the flavour, and then we tried spicy takoyaki, Tonkotsu ramen, ginger salmon matsutake, and some cocktails. We must say all of those dishes are amazing, not only that the place is spacious enough to come with your friends and family.

Heddon Street Kitchen

Address: 3-9 Heddon St, London W1B 4BE, United Kingdom

Gordon Ramsey owns the Heddon Street Kitchen. And we are aware of his reputation and popularity. After knowing the influence of Gordon Ramsey in this kitchen, we wanted to try out the food at Heddon Street Kitchen.

The interior and the ambience of the restaurant have a rustic yet classy touch, which is nice. The outside seating area is also quite elegantly arranged.

At the Heddon Street Kitchen restaurant, all the dishes are elegantly presented, and the platter size is pretty decent as well.

As it’s a modern European restaurant, that’s why it has a wide range of non-veg items on the menu that the customers can try; besides that, for guests, Heddon Street Kitchen restaurant also serves vegetarian and Halal food. And if you want to try alcoholic beverages or any mocktail, then this place serves a variety of it.

At the restaurant, it’s confusing to choose from the huge menu, but first, we ordered some Bread Street Kitchen Burger, Slow Roasted Pork Belly, and some cocktails.

Still, then the locals suggested we try Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding as dessert, which we did, and it was amazing. And the dishes can be slightly pricey at the Heddon Street Kitchen, but surely enough to keep your tummy full for a long day.

It is a two-story Spanish eatery from where customers can get the service of tapas plates, bar, and countertop dining.

We must acknowledge that the interior of the restaurant whose pretty interesting and, most importantly, has a lively Vibe with an open kitchen, which is pretty fun to watch.

Then, for the Spanish food lover, there is a variety of dishes available; however, even though vegetarian food is there, it doesn’t have many options.

Now, coming to the menu has a good range of interesting dishes, so as Starter Prawn Croquetas, Crisp Fried Pig’s Ears, and Quince Aioli. Then, to find out about the Tapas to share, we ordered Tortilla Gallega and Pulpo A Feira.

The London Stock is a modern European restaurant, but we find out that not many locals know about this restaurant. The interior and the seating arrangement of the London stock restaurant are sophistically placed.

But what amazed us the most was the food presentation and its quality. At this modern European restaurant, customers have the chance to try seasonal testing menus with international tastes. Not only that, the customers also have a wide range of spirits and alcoholic beverages, which are a must-try.
