Sam Granier was the only person in the car and was immediately taken to the hospital. Later, he died of his injuries on Thursday, his family declared.

The police said in a separate statement that his family has been informed after the accident and are being supported by specially trained officers.\

Following the heartbreaking news, Sam’s family expressed their emotions through a statement, saying they are devastated by the loss of their beloved son, Sam, in a terrible accident. They added that Sam had left his family far too soon, and words would never fully capture the light, joy, and energy he had brought into their lives. They hold on to the memories that made Sam so special.

They further added that Samwas was adorned by his family as a son, brother, and nephew. They said that Sam was funny, loyal, and fiercely protective.  He joined Race Across the World in 2019, which opened Sam’s eyes to the world of adventure and travel.

Sam took part in Race Across the World alongside his mother, Jo Gradiner. They joined the show in the first season of the show. Their journey took them into a thrilling landscape in Mexico and Argentina. They have won lots of hearts with their great bond and adventurous spirit.

The grieving parents said that Sam was willing to go wherever the trail might lead, and he touched everyone he met on the road. They further added that Sam found lots of happiness working as a landscape gardener on the West Coast of Scotland.

The parents declared that there will be a private funeral for family and friends in due course. At this terrible time, the family has asked for some privacy, according to a spokesperson for Sam Gardiner Race Across the World.

The spokesperson paid tribute to Sam Gradiner and wrote that they are all deeply saddened to hear the unfortunate news about Sam. He added that everyone who worked with Sam and everyone who watched Sam could see how precious the trip was for both him and his mother, Jo Gardner.
