Just like you and many others I also have a love-and-hate relationship with my diary. Regardless of being a writer the perception of laying my pen on paper to unveil my deepest and underlying thoughts which are the most terrible thoughts of my life. 

Journaling can help to calm your mind and initiate creative sources of describing your thoughts to get peaceful sleep and relax your body, and mind, and is great for your emotional wellbeing. According to the survey by in 2017, 11.8% use meditation, and 16.3% of women use meditation for mindful living and releasing stress.

The responders who practice meditation 73% reported that they practice meditation for general well-being and most of them approximately 92% of people reported that they practice meditation to reduce stress and get a relaxed mind.

As you are a teenager or you love to write your daily diary, so you might have a hidden diary under your pillow or mattress.
