But then, after finishing the course to gain further knowledge about cooking and catering, Nico Simeone started working in famous restaurants in the UK and Europe.

Everything skills and experience one of the best chefs in the industry. 

After working for other restaurants for years, Nico decided it was time to start his restaurant. So, in 2015, Nico Simeone opened his first restaurant, Six.

The restaurant became famous for its evening dining experience, Italian cuisine, frequent menu changes, etc.

This concept of running the restaurant gained so much popularity that within a few years, Nico Simeone established more than 14 ‘Six’ restaurants in places like London, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Manchester, etc.

What customers like the most is that the concept and food quality in each restaurant remains the same. So, it doesn’t matter in which ‘Six’ restaurant people try the food; the experience will be the same.

The journey of treatment was pretty difficult as it carries a 5-year survival rate of 71%. But after 6 years of constant treatment, Valentina was on her way to recovery.

Nico Simeone even donated profit from his restaurant to the charity that helped him and his wife after Valentina was diagnosed with cancer.

Even now, Nico contributes financial support to cancer charities.
